1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

2. Kindly notify us at time of booking that this voucher is to be used, and present it to a member of staff on arrival.
3. This voucher is non-refundable and no refund is available for part-use.
4. Vouchers cannot be used on certain days such as promotional days such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day for example. Please ask if your voucher can be used when booking.
5. For all bookings, you must notify us of a cancellation or any changes to the number of guests at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
6. If cancellation is made less than 1 hour, then the voucher will become null and void due to staffing, food preparation and any lost revenue as a result of turning away other potential bookings.
